Delivery Areas

We currently ship to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us at theflashpoint000@gmail.com before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation, before being handed over to our courier partner. Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (drops, sales, or holidays), and we'll flag this on the site if it applies.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above 2000 PKR ship free.
  • Orders below this amount are charged a flat shipping fee of 150 PKR, shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes [3–7 business days], depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may take longer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via [email/SMS/WhatsApp] so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order — repeated failed COD deliveries may result in the order being cancelled or COD being disabled for future orders on your account.

Delays

While we aim to meet the timelines above, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, high order volume, or circumstances outside our control. We'll keep you updated by [email/WhatsApp/SMS] if your order is affected.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We're not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Reshipping in such cases may incur an additional shipping fee.
